The Medway Democratic Caucus will be held on Saturday, February 28, at 10 a.m. at the Library to elect delegates to attend the 2026 Democratic State Convention. Delegates will be voting to determine which state-wide candidates appear on primary ballots. The 2026 Convention will be held in Worcester on May 29 and May 30.
