Dave Tarkowski from the Medway DTC put together a May 2026 Town Meeting resource for residents heading into Town Meeting on May 11th. The site includes summaries of every warrant article in both the Special and Annual Town Meetings, along with Select Board and Finance Committee recommendations — all drawn from official town documents. For reference, it also covers a full decade of meeting archives going back to 2016, so you can see how recurring budget items have changed over time.
The site also features in-depth analyses of the two biggest items on this year’s warrant: the proposed 20-year BESS PILOT agreement for the 300 MW battery storage facility on West Street, and the $4.85M Winthrop Street land purchase, including the financing structure, CPA fund implications, and all-in cost to taxpayers.
